Memory Lane, LLC was founded by Amy Wombolt in 2020 after her family experienced firsthand how difficult it can be to find dementia-specific support. That personal journey shaped Memory Lane’s connection-first approach—non-medical in-home care focused on dignity, calm routines, and compassionate guidance for both clients and families.

  • What types of conditions do you support?

    We provide non-medical in-home care for Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive or neurological changes that affect daily functioning, routines, and safety.

  • Is your care medical or clinical?

    Our services are non-medical. We support daily living, comfort, safety, and routines—including medication reminders—but we do not provide clinical nursing care.

  • Can you help when a loved one resists care?

    Yes. Resistance is common and often tied to fear, confusion, or overstimulation. We use calm, respectful support strategies designed to reduce stress and improve cooperation.

  • Do you provide care in assisted living, rehab, or hospitals?

    Yes. We offer 1-on-1 facility companion care in hospitals, rehab, assisted living, memory care, and similar settings to provide continuity and comfort.
